National Junior Honor Society

Individual Service Projects
 
Members of the National Junior Honor Society are expected to complete twenty service hours by March 1, 2013. Of those twenty service hours, tweleve must occur outside of Glassboro Intermediate School and eight must occur within the school. Additonally, members are required to have a letter from an adult sponsor verifying their participation in the activity. The adult sponsor may write a personalized letter or may use the form below. Additionally, students must keep track of their hours using the Service Hours Documentation form.

Service Hours are considered to be any activity that an individual is not compensated for in any way (money, object, favor). Assisting family members (i.e. - taking care of a family member), household chores and participating in activities that are a requirement through an organization, such as performing in a school concert are NOT considered to be Service Hours.
