Behavioral Requirements

All students are expected to follow all school and class rules as outlined in the Parent/Student Handbook.

Your fourth grade year at Bowe School will be one of your most memorable school years.  As a fourth grader you have the opportunity to participate in many wonderful activities.  However, your participation in activities is not guaranteed.  In order to participate in activities you must meet the following eligibility requirements.   These requirements are based primarily on behavior.  For example:

·        Discipline referrals/detentions will keep you from participating in our many fun field trips.

·        One suspension within 45 school days of a trip will exclude you from that class trip.

·        Consistently submitting incomplete assignments, including homework and class work, may result in removal from a trip or activity.

Your teachers will treat all students with RESPECT and expect you to show RESPECT in return: RESPECT for your teachers, RESPECT for your classmates, and above all, RESPECT for yourself!

REMINDER

Summer reading book reports are due the second week back to school.  Please check the June report card for information.

We are looking forward to a GREAT year!
