My name is Mr. Preston and I am a fifth year teacher here at Glassboro High School. I grew up just 10 miles west of Philadelphia in Springfield, PA and attended Springfield High School. After graduating high school, I attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where I graduated with a degree in English/Secondary Education. I recently finished my Master's Degree in School Leadership. I am married to my beautiful high school sweetheart, and we recently moved to Newark, DE. I enjoy playing golf, reading, following sports, and spending time with my family.
My passion for teaching and the English language was inspired by a teacher that I had my senior year of high school, Dr. Montgomery. His philosophy, which has framed the way I run my classroom, was that literature could change the way that we see the world, and that teaching was second only to the ministry of dealing with the human condition.
